Preparation for the batter :

FIRST Filling: Mix10 egg yolks with 150 grams of sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, 3 tablespoons vanilla sugar, and boil in a half liter milk, take aside and cooled.

Separately mix 250 grams of butter with 250 grams powder sugar and add it into the eggs, mix nice . Folow this order:crust then first yellow filling , then dark, again crust yellow then dark filling , And at the top first yellow, then dark filling. Finally decorate with dark melted chocolate.
