Unforgettable Flavor,The Chocolate Pleasure Cake.


The Sugar, vanilla sugar and the butter together mix well.

Add the egg yolks, almonds, baking powder, orange juice and melted chocolate, mix nice to get a homogeneous mixture, and   at the end  add the mixed  egg whites, which you have previously mixed with mixer .

Pour the mixture into the mold (diameter 26 cm) covered with baking paper , and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.

The filling: Preheat the whipping  cream to be warm, and pour the whipping  cream over the chopped chocolate. Stir until the mixture is smooth. Chill for at least an hour.

The cooled mixture mix with mixer until it double in size.

Baked and  cooled sponge cake, cut  on a half and coat with  the prepared filling.

Pour the chocolate glaze over that you have  prepared with melted chocolate and softened butter.
