Try The Real Recipe For Gevrek, They Disappear In a Second

Preparation:

 

In the  bowl mix all the dry ingredients.

Then add little by little warm water and make the dough medium soft.

Make the dough and leave it for half an hour on warm  to make double size.

Divide  the dough into a circles , depending on how big you want to be, i make with regular glass for watter

Make the whole in the middle with your finger,soak in a caramelized cooked tea , then in the sesame seed .

Place the Gevrek in the grassed pan, and on each Gevrek put a little margarine in the middle.

Bake at 200 degrees( 392 F) about 15 minutes till get brownish. and crispy
