Let’s make the filling I:
We mix 3 eggs with mixer and we add: 1 cup of yogurt, 1 cup of oil, 1 cup of sparkling water, 1 cup of wheat flour and baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Let’s make the filling II: 200 grams of crushed cheese, add spinach (I used frozen, previously Unfreeze and drain well of the water) and add 3 tablespoons of the mixture from the first filling. Add salt to taste and mix well.
Taking one crust, apply 2 tablespoons of the first filling and with a brush cover up the whole crust with the first filling , we put over another crust,and again apply the filling, at the edge of the crust we put in line from the second filling from cheese and spinach and wrap into a roll.
So we do with all the crusts. With the remaining of the first filling we coat the twisted rolls and put it to bake .
The Pie we bake at 200 degree (392 F) until it gets a golden yellow color.
