In a deep bowl put all ingredients together and make the dough.
Take aside the dough and leave it to make the double size.
Then from the dough make a little balls (3×3) and each one of them roll in a oval shape with a thickness of 3 mm, follow the pictures.
With a knife cut a lengthwise from one side, and parallel from the other side put the cheese filling , which previously you have mixed with 2 yolks and roll it.
Place the Cheese Rolls in a pan covered with baking paper, cover the rolls with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesam.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C (392 F) until they get nice brown color.
