Mix well 10 egg whites with 10 tbsp of sugar, add 3 tbsp of flour, 2 tbsp of cooking oil and 200 grams of grinded walnuts,put the mixture in a pan covered with a baking paper.
Make two sponge cake.
Mix on a steam 20egg yolks with 400 grams of powdered sugar, divide the mixture into two parts, in a first part put melted white chocolate, and in the other part put black melted chocolate, take aside to cool and then put the mixed butter and mix well.
200 grams of sugar put on low heat to caramelized and covered the sponge cake till is very hot,
Then leave to cool down, and then put the filling.
Folow this order:crust then caramel, first white filling , then dark, repeat again, and decorate with whipped cream.
