Well Who can Resist?
I warmly suggest you to try this Cheese Rolls.Ideal for breakfast or dinner.
500 grams of flour (17.6 oz)
1 cup warm milk
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup of oil
40 grams of yeast (1.4 oz)
3 teaspoons of sugar
3 tsp of salt
For the coating:
100 grams of margarine (3.5 oz)
2 egg yolks
pinch of salt
200 grams of cottage cheese (7 oz)
In the warm milk melt the yeast with sugar and leave to rise. In a large bowl put the flour and salt, and by adding the mixture of yeast and oil, make smooth dough. Leave the dough for about 30 minutes to rise.
Meanwhile for the coating,with mixer whisk the soften margarinn and egg yolks, add a pinch of salt.
Divide the dough into two parts, and each part roll in a thinly crust, smear all over the coating and equally put the cheese over the crust. Rolled in a roll and cut small triangles with a saucer.
Put them in a baking pan covered with baking paper, brush them with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds or some other seeds. Let it rise for 30 minutes more and bake in a preheated oven . at 200 ℃(395°F) for about 20 min.
