Choco Biscuit Cake, right choice for you.
- 500 gr. biscuits for cake /17.6 oz
- 500 ml. milk / 2 cups
- 1 bag chocolate pudding
- 250 gr. margarine 8.8 oz
- 130 gr. powdered sugar 4.5 oz
- 150 gr. cooking chocolate 4.5 oz
Boil the pudding in the milk , and while it is a hot add a broken chocolate.
Stir until is completely melted chocolate and then leave to cool.
Margarine and powdered sugar mix with mixer,and add it to a cooled pudding.
T he Biscuits soak in the milk and line up on the platter.
Cover the biscuits with the filling and repeat the procedure until all ingredients are used.
The rest of the filling use for to decorate cake,at the top decorate it with the grated chocolate.
Note: The milk should be cold while you soak the biscuits, as you can avoid melt the filling.
