Quick And Easy, Delicious Pudding Poke Cake.

I feel in love when I first tried it, quick, easy and very delicious “Pudding Poke Cake”, ready for 30 minutes.
Ideal for those who don’t have time to be in the kitchen.
Enjoy in every single bite.

pudding poke cake INGREDIENTS:

For the sponge:
6 eggs
6 tablespoons of sugar
6 tablespoons of white flour
3 tablespoons of cocoa
3 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
1 teaspoon of baking powder
½ cup of sunflower oil
½ cup of milk

For the yellow filling :
2 bags vanilla pudding
3 ½ cup of milk
6 tablespoons of sugar
150 grams of butter / 5.2 oz

For the brown filling:
2 bags of chocolate pudding
3 ½ cup of milk
6 tablespoons of sugar,
150 grams of butter / 5.2 oz

 Preparation:

Whisk the egg yolks with sugar in a nice foam, then add the oil, flour with baking powder, cocoa, powdered chocolate, mix with a mixer on low speed until you get nice mixture,after that add in the mixture the whisked egg whites which we have previously mixed, mix nicely with a spoon.
Pour the mixture in a greased pan, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 (356°F) degrees for 20 minutes.

With the handle of a wooden spoon make holes on a just baked and warm sponge cake.
Prepare the yellow filling, first cook the pudding and in still hot pudding add the butter,stir with a spoon until the butter is melted. Still warm pour the yellow cream over the sponge cake.Take aside the cake, and start with preparation of the brown filling.
Repeat the procedure with the brown filling, pour the hot brown cream over yellow.

Decorate with crushed chocolate and leave the cake in a fridge for about 3 hours , cut into a cubes and serve with a nice black coffe.
