Ingredients for the crust:
- 8 eggs
- 250 grams margarine /8.8 oz
- 200 gr sugar /7 oz
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 200 gr chocolate for cooking /7 oz
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, then add melted margarine, melted chocolate, flour and baking powder, stir nicely, at the end add egg whites, which you have whisk previously, easily stir and place in baking pan covered with baking paper. Bake at least 40 minutes at 180 degrees-356°F . When the sponge cake is stil warm pour on the warm cake 1 cup of cold chocolate milk!
Ingredients for the cream:
- 1 liter of sweet cream /4 cups
- 400 grams of chocolate for cooking /14 oz
In a pot, put the chocolate and the sweet cream and place on low heat. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted, be careful, not to boil. The warm cream with a big spoon slowly pour it over the sponge cake. Take aside, Cool at room temperature, then place in the refrigerator for a few hours and enjoy in this chocolate dessert.
