My Mom’s Recipe For The Most Delicious Rolls, Try To Make.


Here is the way around it.

The dough is very simple and easy to make.

Of these ingredients make a nice smooth soft dough. Cover the dough and let it to make double size. Divide the dough  into 15-20 balls, depending on how big you want to be the  rolls.

From each ball make a crust in a size of 20 cm (8 inches) as it shown on the picture.

Then , melt the margarine to be warm, not hot and put the oil, from the  mixture with  brush coat  each crust and  leave about 5 minutes so you  can stretch it, and then rolled  in  roll.

Leave the rolls to make double size,  about 40 minutes.

Before baking coat each roll with 1 mixed egg with 1 tbsp  milk, sprinkle little sea solt and  cumin or sesame.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees( 356°F) for about 20-25 minutes till they get nice golden brown color.

Baked and just taken out of the oven, on each roll with brush put a little  melted margarine.

Like this you will get very soft  rolls.

I must admit that Homemade is always the best choice!
