Mmmm … lasagna, The Best Choice For lunch.

Preparing:

In a pan, add the onion, garlic and minced beef and fry it in a moderate temperature for about 10 minutes.Then drain the fat from the pan.

Add the tomato sauce, and chopped tomatoes, Italian spice and black pepper. Mix all this and cook till start to boil, then  set aside. This is  very tasty meat sauce.

In a large pot with  boilied water and  two spoons salt, we cook lasagna noodles about 10 minutes .  Then we rinse lasagne  noodles under the  cold water.
