Make the big crust from each part of the dough(0.3 cm. thickness ), Cut the crust of 16-20 equal parts, make a roll and put in the pan the rolls coated with margarine or baking paper, I put margarine, because its more delicious.Leave the rolls for about  40-50 minutes, and before baking cover the rolls with mixed egg yolk and sprinkle a little  sesam,      put to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees till they get nice golden brown colour.
