Make The Best Croissants Delicious Than Ever.


In a deeper bowl , put all ingrediants, flour, salt, sugar,the eggs, oil and at the end add yogurt  and milk, with hand make the dough.

Divide the dough into three parts, and each part divided  on a 5 pieces, or total 15 pieces

From each pieces  make a crust    in a size of 20cm (8 inches)

On each crust put  grated margarine , the margarine previously must be in the refrigerator to freeze, for easier to grate. We grate the  maragarine on each crust , except on  the last three crusts,which will be on the top.

Then put the crust on the crust, and again we have three pieces, like in the beginning.
