Homemade Bread, Made By My Mom’s Recipe.

Inspired by the taste of  my mom’s home made bread, I decided to make it.

I must admit that like  for the first time it  was very succesful. So I decided to share with you.

Here is my we around it.

  • 1.5 kg white flour
  • 40 grams of fresh yeast
  • 4teaspoon of  sugar
  • 2tea spoon of salt
  • 2-3 cups Warm water



In  a large bowl  we put all ingredients, flour, sugar, salt and the yeast.

We  pour water little by little, not at once and  we make a dough.

Take aside and wait to make double size.

Then we split the dough on four  parts, from each part we make a crust  with a thickness of 1 cm,

We roll in a roll and place in a baking pan covered with baking paper.

Again, take aside to make a double size. Before baking   each roll cut in order not to cracked during baking.Bake about 20 minutes on 180°C or 356°F. After baking each bread  roll brush with oil to get a softer crust.
