Extra Creamy Chocolate Cake , with four different tastes!
Here is my way around it.
For the sponge cake
- 3 eggs
- 150 grams of chocolate
- 50 grams of butter
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tea spoon of baking powder
For the creams
- 500 grams of mascarpone cheese
- 2 tablespoons of powder sugar
- 2.5 cup of whipping cream
- 100 grams of milk chocolate
- 100 grams of white chocolate
- 100 grams of dark chocolate
For the sponge, melt the chocolate and butter on the steam . With mixer, mix the eggs and sugar, then add the melted chocolate, flour and baking powder, stir nice. Place in the pan covered with baking paper. Bake for about 35 – 40 minutes on 150 deegres. The mold should be 24 cm.
For the cream, each chocolate melt separatly . Mix the mascarpone chesse and powdered sugar , mix in the nice cream. Divide the mixture into three parts –in the first one add melted dark chocolate, in the second one melted milk chocolate, and in the thirth one melted white chocolate.
Coat over the sponge cake, first dark then milk, and at the and white chocolate.
Decorate with fresh strawberries
