Extremely Delicious Homemade Mini Pies With Feta Cheese

Preparation:

 

From the Ingredients :flour, salt,yeast  and water make a nice  and  soft dough .

The dough  divide on 21 balls  .

Each ball  brush with oil and leave them for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the filling, Stir the cottage cheese with eggs 2

10 balls  Roll into  the size of a small serving plate and any ball except the last one  coat  with cooking oil. Put one over another and Roll out the crust in the size of a baking tray.

Sprinkle the crust with cooking oil and put the  half of the  filling on  it.

On the same way take  another 3 balls, brush with oil except the last one  and Roll another crust (which will be a thin crust) in size of baking tray. Sprinkle a little  oil and put the second half of the filling.

With the remaining 8 balls make a  third crust on the same way   and put it on the other. Sprinkle with oil and with a glass  cut a circles.

Preheat the oven, and in the meantime mash garlic and mix it with yogurt. Coat each circle with this glaze of yogurt and garlic and bake in preheated oven until  they  get a nice color. Who does not like garlic, do not have to put in yogurt.
