Egyptian Cake, With Undeniable Exotic Flavor.

Preparations:

Mix the egg whites and the sugar until you get a strong foam, then add the flour and the walnuts. Put the mixture on a baking paper and bake at 200 degrees, until it gets golden brown colour. Afterwards divide the pastry into three sections.

For the preparation of the first filling, put the milk and the sugar to boil. Mix the egg yolks and the flour and add them in the milk,stirr well  and cook for about 5-6 minutes, and then put them aside to cool down .Cooled cream mix it with whipped butter.

For the second filling, put the sugar to caramelized on a low heat, add the nuts and stir well.Caramelized sugar with nuts, place in a pan covered with a baking paper, and take aside to cool down.

When is cooled, grind the sugar and stir with a spoon with whipped cream.

Crust first filling, the second filling, crust first filling the second filling… Finish with whipped cream.
