PROCEDURE:

Mix: butter, vanilla sugar, egg, 2yolks,a peel of  lemon, then  add flour and make nice dough from the upon mentioned ingrediants. Then the dough  let it rest in the fridge for at least one hour.From the dough shape, cherry-sized balls, then dip them in the 2 egg whites.Then soak them in crushed almonds or nuts.Arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.Dissolve the chocolate with the butter in the steam, then combine them two by two and arrange them in a box.
