There is no better snack than Proja with yogurt, especially with cheese .
You can prepare for breakfast, dinner, snack or appetizer. I usually make Proja for breakfast and serve them with yogurt.
They are equally beautiful and warm and cool too
- 10 tablespoons cornflour
- 10 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup yogurt
- ½ cup oil
- 2 cups cheese
- 5 eggs
