Chocolate Vulcano Cakes,Yes, This is it…mmmm

Preparation:

We chop the chocolate and melt in  the microwave.
Then we add the butter and mix well, and put in the fridge to cool down.

With the mixer, we mix well the eggs with the powdered sugar and vanilla, untill we get light yellow colour.
Then we add the cooled chocolate with butter in the mixture,
in the mixture we also add: cocao powdered, flour,and  a pinch of salt and we mix well.

Pour the mixture into 4 individual cake molds.

We Bake in the oven for 13 to 15 minutes at 180 C.

We place hot into a plate and we served hot with cold ice cream, or with fruits.You must try this yummy Hot&Cold Chocolate Volcano muffins dessert.
