Cheese Muffins Called “Proja”

There is no better snack than Proja with yogurt, especially cheese  muffin- Proja.

They can be for breakfast, dinner, snack or appetizer.  I usually make Proja for breakfast and serve them  with yogurt.

They are equally beautiful and warm and  cool too.

 Ingredients:

  • 10 tablespoons cornflour
  • 10 tablespoons  all purpose flour
  • 1  teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup  yogurt
  • ½ cup  oil
  • 2 cups cheese
  • 5 eggs

 

Preparation Method:

Put the eggs In a big bowl and with an  electrical mixer mix the eggs well. Then add yogurt and oil and all dry ingredients:all pupose flour, corn flour, baking powder and salt.

With a spoon stir nicely, and after that add the cheese which you have previously cut on a small cubes.

Bake  for 35 minutes on 392°F ( 200 °C )
