AMAZING AND UNIQUE HOMEMADE CHEESE CANOES WITH THREE KINDS OF CHEESE

 

Preparation:

In a deep bowl , put the all ingredients  for the dough, flour, yеast , then add sugar, salt , oil  and a little by little add   milk and water, and make the dough. Let the dough grow up and make double size .

Then divide dough into 16 pieces, and from each piece make a ball,each ball  stretched in the size of a plate.

In the middle of the length  put two teaspoons of the filling . Then  grab two ends and press with  fingers to close it . Then each piece we soak in a mixture of water with honey and then into sesame and place each  canoe in a baking pan covered with baking paper. Take aside for 30 minutes and before baking with  scissors cut at the center, as can  cheese came out to the surface during the baking .Obligatory use baking paper, because in otherwise the dough will stick for baking pan.  The mixture of  water with honey helps to stick more sesame to the dough, in that case we get nice  and crispy taste.

Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes until they get nice golden-brown  color.
